These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Arahi AI’s agentic AI platform (the “Service”), our Website at arahi.ai, and any related content or services. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Interpretation

1.1 Contracting Entity

As a New York-registered company, these Terms are between you (“Customer” or “you”) and Arahi AI, a LLC in New York.

1.2 Definitions

• “Affiliate” means any entity controlling or controlled by a party.
• “Agreement” means these Terms and any incorporated documents.
• “Authorized User” means individuals authorized to use the Service on your behalf.
• “Content” means any materials you upload or create via the Service.
• “Service Plans” include Free, Self-Serve, and Enterprise plans.

2. Service Description

We provide an agent builder platform for creating AI agents. Features are detailed in your subscription or on our Website.

3. Access and Use

3.1 Grant of Access

We grant you a non-exclusive, revocable license to use the Service per your plan.

3.2 Restrictions

You may not: reverse-engineer, misuse, or violate laws. Comply with Acceptable Use Policies.

3.3 Accounts

You are responsible for your account security and Authorized Users.

4. Fees and Payment

For paid plans, fees are as specified. We may change fees with notice.

5. Intellectual Property

You own your Content. We own the Service and improvements. You grant us a license to use Content to provide the Service.

6. Data and Privacy

See our Privacy Policy. You represent that you have rights to upload Content.

7. Warranties and Disclaimers

The Service is “as is.” We disclaim all warranties.

8. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to direct damages, capped at fees paid in the prior 12 months.

9. Indemnification

You indemnify us against claims from your use or Content.

10. Termination

We may terminate for breach. Upon termination, access ends; data may be deleted after 30 days.

11. Governing Law

Governed by New York law, without conflicts. Disputes in New York courts.

12. Changes

We may update Terms. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
