Our Service is an agent builder platform that enables users to create, deploy, and manage AI agents for various applications.

Depending on the context, “you” or “your” refers to Customers, Users, Visitors, or End-Users.

Definitions:

• “Conversation Data” means content inputted by an End-User into an AI agent built on our platform in a production environment and data generated by the AI agent in interactions with End-Users.
• “Customer” means the person or entity that has subscribed to the Service or is using a free version.
• “AI Agent” means a program or agent developed using our platform by Customers or Users, hosted through the Service.
• “End-User” means an individual interacting with an AI Agent hosted through our Service.
• “Personal Data” refers to any information that identifies or could reasonably be associated with an individual.
• “Visitor” means an individual browsing our Website.
• “Usage Data” means data about Users’ use of the Service, which may include Personal Data where necessary, but excludes Conversation Data.
• “User” means an individual using the Service on behalf of a Customer, such as an employee.

1. What Personal Data We Collect

End-Users:

We collect analytics data, including:

• Operating system and language of your device.
• IP address.
• Approximate location (country, state, city, postal code).
• Navigation data (pages viewed, session duration, connection dates).

This data is collected when you interact with an AI Agent for the purpose of providing the Service. It is aggregated and not linked to specific individuals unless required. We process Personal Data about End-Users on behalf of Customers per their instructions. We do not use Conversation Data for analytics, model training, or other purposes beyond service provision.

Users and Customers:

We collect:

• Full name, email, and password.
• Communications content (which may contain Personal Data).
• Content uploaded to AI Agents, such as text, images, prompts, knowledge bases, documents, or websites.
• Analytics data as described above.

We use uploaded content solely to provide the Service and do not use it for training, analytics, or other purposes.

Visitors:

When you fill out forms on our Website, we collect:

• Full name, phone number, email, employment information.

We automatically collect analytics data via tools like Google Analytics, including device details, IP address, and location.

2. How We Use Your Personal Data

We process Personal Data to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve the Service.

We retain Personal Data as needed to provide the Service, comply with laws, or resolve disputes. Conversation Data is deleted upon Customer request or account termination.

• Opt-out of sharing.
• Limit use of sensitive data.
